Easykon Lite for MyHome settings

In the settings you can:
  • View all software information
  • Backup and restore
  • View information about the BTicino MyHome gateway
  • View all the information about the license you are using
  • Change the interface language
  • Log out
To access the settings:
  1. Sign in to Easykon Lite for MyHome web interface
  2. Click on the gear wheel icon on the top right

To return to the configuration panel, press the X on the top right.

Product information

In this section you will find all the information on you Easykon Lite for MyHome product.

To view this information:
  1. Sign in to the web interface
  2. Go to the settings (gear wheel icon)
  3. Select “Product information” in the top menu

Backup

Making a backup is simple. Back up to create a copy of the customisations for all accessories, to have the possibility of restoring the system any time.

The back up does not contain users, personal settings or the license.

To back up:
  1. Sign in to the web interface
  2. Go to the settings (gear wheel icon)
  3. Select “Backup and restore”
  4. Click on “Backup”
  5. Save the file in your computer

During the 7 days free, it is not possible to make a backup file.

Restore

The restore function returns all the accessories to the state they were in when the backup was made.

Warning: restoring is irreversible. All existing accessories will be replaced by restored ones.

Requirements:
  • Have a compatible backup file
To restore:
  1. Sign in to the web interface
  2. Go to the settings (gear wheel icon)
  3. Select “Backup and restore”
  4. Click on “Choose an .easylmh file”
  5. Choose the file from your computer and select “Open”
  6. Click on the “Restore” button

During the 7 days free, it is not possible to restore a backup file.

MyHome Gateway

In this section, you find all the information on the Bticino MyHome gateway used with Easykon.

To view this information:
  1. Sign in to the web interface
  2. Go to the settings (gear wheel icon)
  3. Select “MyHome gateway”

If you need to change the gateway connected to your system or replace it, disconnect the gateway from Easykon Lite for MyHome.

To disconnect the gateway:
  1. Sign in to the web interface
  2. Go to the settings (gear wheel icon)
  3. Select “MyHome gateway”
  4. Click on “Disconnect”

Disconnection does not change the configuration of the mapped accessories in any way. When you connect a gateway again, you’ll find all the configurations that were previously made.

While the gateway is disconnected, it’s not possible to control the system with Google and/or Amazon Alexa application and voice assistants or with IFTTT automations.

License

In this section you will find all the information about the license used in your Easykon Lite for MyHome.

To view this information:
  1. Sign in to the web interface
  2. Go to the settings (gear wheel icon)
  3. Select “License” in the top menu

Change the interface language

To change the interface language:
  1. Sign in to the web interface
  2. Go to the settings (gear wheel icon)
  3. Select “Language” in the top menu
  4. Select the flag of the desired language

This does not affect the language used by voice assistants paired with Easykon Lite for MyHome.

Logout

The logout function lets you safely disconnect from the interface.

To log out:
  1. Sign in to the web interface
  2. Go to the settings (gear wheel icon)
  3. Select “Logout” in the top menu
  4. Press the “Logout” button
