Accessing the interface

To integrate Easykon into the KNX system, it is necessary to map the accessories through the web interface, in this way they will be connected to the Apple HomeKit, Google and Amazon Alexa systems.

You can access the Easykon interface in two ways:

Access using the IP address

You can access the Easykon for KNX interface directly from your local network using the IP address that has been assigned to Easykon by your router.

Requirements:

  • Know the Easykon for KNX IP address

You can find the Easykon IP address by using a software that scans the local network, such as Lanscan for MAC operating systems or Advanced IP scanner for Windows.

Follow these steps to access the interface:

  1. Type the IP address in the browser bar to access Easykon
  2. Click on the "Sign in" button that appears on the interface
  3. Press the "Sign in / Unpairing" button on the device

Now you will see the Easykon for KNX interface and you can map your accessories.

Access via the Freedompro Cloud

You can access the Easykon for KNX interface using cloud technology, without knowing its IP address.

Requirements:

  • Easykon paired with your Freedompro profile
  • Computer connected to the same local network as Easykon

Have you paired Easykon with your profile?

Access the interface:
  1. Access the Freedompro Cloud
  2. Click on "Settings" of the device you are installing
  3. Select "Log in to device"
  4. Click "Sign in" in the interface
  5. Press the "Sign in / Unpairing" button on the device
